This message came from a mother who we were supporting in prayer as her child is in the hospital.

Hi there,

I made it to the hospital.
As I drove down to Miami, I could feel the prayers!  I felt God’s peace coming over and Him telling me, do not be afraid, He’s got this.  Then I am sitting down to work on the paperwork, and read a devotion first, and this was the verse,
But don’t take it from me. Take it from The Word in James 1:2-4,12.
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.
I was so blessed to read that tonight and know that is God’s word for this circumstance.  It means so much all of your prayers and the prayers from the intercessors!  I also just began thanking God for all the good things that have happened and the ways I see His hand in this.  I also just had a recall of being in  missionary trips and how we would pray for miracles, and how they would happen!  and just how faith and hope and prayers do matter so much.
Thank you again and again. – Lisa
